Elma Modulgrav - Three Machines in One

Use the modular design to create your individual machine. Ring engraving, diamond flat engraving, cutter engraving or the complete Modulgrav all at once. The base module consists of the base unit with mounted work plate and template rail plus engraving mouse and diamond holder complete with diamond. Each required accessory module is mounted within seconds, making the machine ready for the requested application. Turning buttons on the machine allow the precise adjustment of the engraving pressure of the diamond, or depth adjustment of the cutter (no weights required). Mouse and writing pin - the ergonomic solution. The engraver works the machine in an upright position. Writing pin and mouse are at the same level. One hand operates mouse to press diamond or cutter into the engraving object while the other hand moves the writing pin through the templates. The engraving process can be watched at eye level while in progress. Made in Germany.

1. Inside Ring Engraving - The module is fixed with two knurled screws - no tools required. Simply clamp the ring and push the diamond holder through from behind. Choose your letters and start engraving. Engrave wedding bands and stone rings.

2. Diamond Flat Engraving - Diamond holder included in the base module. The base module consists of the base unit with mounted work plate and template rail plus engraving mouse and diamond holder complete with diamond. Engrave jewllery, watch case bottoms, lighters, ball pens and a variety of other items.

3. Cutter Flat Engraving - For all flat engravings. Engrave plates, ball pens, nameplate, jewellery, gifts etc.

Master Copy Brass Type
Master Copy is made with a "V" cut groove to increase accuracy and eliminate wear points. The tracing stylus on your engraving machine has a matching "V" shape for a perfect fit. Some popular fonts are made in QuickType which, due to its special shaped cut corners, allows quick setup and interchanging of individual letters from any part of the composition. A free type box is included with each font.
Individual replacement letters and numbers are available.
All Hermes Master Copy Brass Type are special orders - delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
