GRS Gravermeister
Years ago, a new invention was patented as a technological breakthrough in power tools. It became the original Gravermeister. Gravermeister gave people what no other impact power tool could - perfect control. Because it was so easy to use, beginners learned hand engraving and stone setting in a fraction of the usual time. Experienced craftsmen and women discovered they could work more than twice as fast using Gravermeister. Because it virtually eliminated physical strain, people stayed fresh throughout the day enhancing the quality of their finished work.

Technically, Gravermeister is an air tool that makes its own special air pulses. These pulses move a hammer piston back and forth inside the handpiece creating impact power. A foot pedal lets you vary the power instantly as you work. The impact rate is adjustable from 1600 to 2400 impacts per minute. With Gravermeister, you can engrave deeply in steel and delicately in gold, carve wood effortlessly, set large and small stones with confidence, texture metal quickly, sculpt stone precisely and more. Continuously improved, the latest Gravermeister cuts smoother, is completely oil-free, and features advanced Quick Change handpieces.

The Gravermeister is recommended when you don't have access to compressed air. If you do have a compressed air supply you may want a GraverMach or GraverMax SC.

The Gravermeister is an air tool that makes its own air. All you need is a standard electrical outlet. GRS GraverMach - TWO Types of Power
GraverMach is an easy-to-use system that helps you engrave, set stones, carve, make jewellery, sculpt and decorate metal, wood, glass, leather, ivory, and other materials. GraverMach has two types of power: controlled impact power and ultra high-speed rotary power.

How IMPACT Power Works for You
GraverMach impact handpieces blend internal impacts into a smooth force that pushes gravers, chisels, and gouges forward making beautiful, clean cuts. You're in full control by regulating the strength of force with the foot pedal and impact speed (400 to 8000 impacts per minute) with the main unit. You simply guide the handpiece which does the work without the physical stress on you. The engraved cuts and carved lines you make with GraverMach are identical to classic hand techniques, but you spend far less time and eliminate hand slipping.

These impact handpieces also "hammer" using a variety of tools. You can bezel and channel set stones, inlay metal, add special textures, repousse, and decorate leather. The handpieces stay cool, even in continuous use.

Beginners learn to engrave in their spare time for enjoyment or as a new business. Professional engravers create heirlooms in gold, silver, and steel in a time-saving way that maintains the value of traditional results. Custom jewellers quickly master those advanced stone setting and jewellery skills that bring them more money. GraverMach helps large jewellery manufacturers boost production, improve quality, train new people faster, and reduce job injuries by relieving hand and arm strain. ROTARY Power Adds More
The second type of GraverMach power comes from Ultra 850 Rotary Handpiece. These grind rather than carve or cut. Turning about 400,000 rpm, they let you grind wood, metal, glass, plastic, and other materials as easily as using a pencil. One popular use is wood "engraving" on gun stocks and plaques which is easy to learn and widely in demand. Metal engravers use rotary power for background removal and shaping. Jewellers like it for notching prongs, making models and finishing castings.

The GraverMach is a substantial upgrade over the GraverMax. New impulse porting technology inside the control unit gives each handpiece excellent range of power with perfect control throughout an expanded range of impact speeds. The GraverMach features 400 to 8000 strokes per minute, a newly developed throttle bias adjustment valve for tailoring throttle response to your work and a dual-stage precision air regulator. Advanced ergonomics include front air pressure adjustment, quick change air couplings, rear mount throttle connection, and an advanced valve pulse unit that operates with virtually no noise or vibration. The GraverMach has connections for two impact handpieces plus an auxiliary air connection for other air tools including the GRS Ultra 850 rotary handpiece. Requires compressed air: 1.4 CFM at 45 psi minimum (40 liters per minute at 3 bar minimum).

GRS System 3 Engraving Package
System 3 is the most affordable GRS air impact tool. Its relatives, Gravermeister, GraverMach, and GraverMax SC produce special air pulses to control their impact handpieces. The System 3 handpiece is a piston and port design which self-oscillates using normal compressed air - it's simpler and thus less expensive. The System 3 handpiece is comfortable, lightweight, and delivers good impact power. It lets you engrave metals, set stones, hammer, texture, and carve wood or other materials. You eliminate fatigue and get your work done faster because System 3 increases the power of your hands. The handpiece stays cool in use and includes the time-saving GRS Quick Change tool system.

Economical System 3Quick Change Tool System

The foot control starts the impact and varies its force. You can tune System 3 for fine to heavy work using the regulator to provide more or less air pressure. This gives you a wide range of impact power. System 3 is used in factories to equip multiple work stations and by people in small shops or at home. If your needs don't justify other GRS air tools, consider the GRS System 3.

You are looking at a breakthrough in impact power, the new GRS Magnum Handpiece for GraverMach or GraverMax SC. There is no impact handpiece in the world that can equal the Magnum's range of power from very fine to amazingly heavy. This Ultra High-Speed Rotary Handpiece let you grind and decorate wood, metal, glass, stone, shell, plastic, and other materials. Rotary speed is nearly 400,000 rpm.
