Are your prices wholesale?
Yes and no. The correct terminology is that we sell at trade prices. That is, we sell directly to goldsmiths and retail jewellery stores at the prices shown on the website. Volume discounts are generally available with price breaks at quantities of a dozen (12) and a gross (144).

Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. We ship everywhere in the world. There are a few places in the world that we cannot confidently expect an order to arrive safely in the client's hands - we will not ship to these places.

Do I pay taxes and duties when importing your products?
That is up to your customs people - you will have to contact them. We will not charge taxes or duties on your bill from Lacy West. When we ship products to the USA that are manufactured in Canada or the USA, no import duties are imposed. Your customs people need to know the selling price and country of manufacture for each product to assess import duties - this information is provided on the customs documents with each shipment.
      You might have to pay taxes when you import our products, but again you must contact your local authorities for information. For example, when we import products into Canada, we must pay the federal sales tax to the customs authorities.

What courier do you use?
We most commonly use Canada Post and United Parcel Service (UPS); however, we deal with all the most popular couriers. Sample shipping costs are available HERE .
